This was done for @chameleonlurks and is an example of what I like to call “the works”. It’s inked, cleaned, colored, has details (light, shade, etcetera), and has a background. I also did some desktops with it that I’ll be posting in a little bit.
(Calmasis is from the webcomic Homestuck and was created by and belongs to Andrew Hussie.)
So guess who needs to raise a couple hundred dollars in a hurry! :D [DOC'S SUPER HAPPY FUNTIME COMMISSION POST!] -
I’m looking to do that by offering commissions. You can take a look-see at my portfolio over here for an idea what my style looks like.
Big thing is that payment needs to be upfront, because I have bills and rent with due dates and those dates are closing in fast. Depending on how many commissions I get, though, I should have your pic to you by the end of May at the latest. If something happens and I don’t think I’ll be able to finish by then, I WILL let you know and give you an estimate on when I think I’ll be done.
Prices are as follows…
Background practice with the laptop trackpad.
…At best guess, its collective grandparents are a human, a penguin, an octopus, and Mr. Potatohead.
Character design practice. A brother and sister team I’ve had for a number of years.
In a job market over-saturated with ducks, it’s tough for an avian to find work.
Unfinished concept art for a female superhero with super-strength and a male stripper for a boyfriend.
Character designs for “Val” and “Miguel” from the novel-in-progress “Superhuman Condition” by Amanda Gillespie.
A “zombie angel” drawn for some friends who couldn’t specify what exactly a zombie angel WAS. Background originally from a free texture site, edited in PSP5. Textures were also used on the hair, clothing, and wing. (Not sure I still have the URL for the site, but I’ll add it later if I find it.)
